1.  Awarded to the most improved skipper of the year.(Highest change in Average Score)

2.  To qualify a minimum of 12  scores must be completed.

3.  The current year average is compared to the average for 2008.

     (The difference between the averages (2008/2009) = the 'Change in Average').

4.  Both years are based on the current number of races being sailed

     i.e. the Average number of races per race day. (After deducting ODs and Discards.)

    (Both year averages will constantly be up-dated by the changes in the number of races sailed.)

     The Average number of counting races sailed per day = [  6.5  ]  4  Weeks to go!

Results are not based on final positions but are based on Friday's actual score values.

This time last year the average number of daily races were 5, now we are up to +/-7.0  The handicap for new members was tweeked on the 30.5.2009
